I returned to PEI in 2005 and built a house on Watts Road near Tracadie Beach.  I worked with Doug and Judy at the Pilot House expanding into The Queue. 
In 2007 I went to work in Boca Raton, Florida where I am presently running 2 Italian restaurants.
